Promenade of Red Wines

Description

The next, now ninth edition of the Promenade of Red Wines, the only exhibition of domestic red wines in the Czech Republic, will take place on Saturday, March 6, 2027, in the hall of the Sokolovna in Velké Pavlovice. The exhibition will be divided into two parts: the VIP section, which will start at 2:00 PM (VIP tickets must be purchased), followed by a free tasting starting at 5:00 PM. The day will be hosted by moderator Petr Holík, known among other things from Radio Krokodýl. The VIP section includes the announcement of the results of the Promenade of Red Wines 2027, the presentation of awards, including a discussion with the category winners and a tasting of their winning wines. There will also be space for questions from you, the visitors. The VIP section will include a welcome drink, refreshments, tasting of the winning wines (CHAMPION, YOUNG PERSPECTIVE, selected wine from the collection awarded by the UNION OF ENOLOGISTS, and wines awarded the Grand Gold Medal) and the subsequent free tasting, all before the start of the second part at 5:00 PM. Of course, the ticket price also includes the free tasting that will follow the VIP section. If you are interested in information about the winning wines, want to learn more about them, taste the displayed samples in a smaller group, and appreciate the competition winners, then the VIP section is just for you! VIP tickets will only be available for pre-sale, and their capacity will be limited, so you can only purchase them online until they are sold out. The free tasting will take place from 5:00 PM, just as you are used to. However, it will not include the award presentation and other bonus programs like the VIP section. You will be able to taste the competition samples as well as white and rosé wines from the VOC Velké Pavlovice winemakers. In the second part, the cimbalom music group Lašár from Velké Pavlovice will perform. Tickets for the afternoon tasting will also be available on-site. Refreshments will be provided by the catering company Dyckyněco. The evaluation of the submitted samples will take place on February 17, 2027, after which you will learn more!
