The Producer Arena by Public History Food is a well-established platform for chefs and producers to connect directly, share experiences, and explore regional culinary collaborations. Over the course of the afternoon, three chefs and three producers will exchange insights on challenges and successful partnerships, fostering a vibrant marketplace atmosphere. Attendees, including up to 130 chefs and producers, will have the opportunity to participate in discussions and network for future collaborations.
