Prattler Christmas Market 2026

Description

Traditionally, the Prattler Christmas Market takes place on the weekend before the 1st Advent. This marks the start of the contemplative Advent season and aims to illuminate the dark time of year with many lights. It is also the perfect opportunity to create a personal Advent wreath, for which a wreath-making room with all necessary materials is available for visitors. In addition, visitors can enjoy a carousel, Santa Claus, numerous Christmas concerts, the open Bürgerhaus, the chance to make candles, donkey rides in the churchyard, creative vendors with decorations, food and drinks – and much more. As usual, the Christmas market extends from Burggartenschulhaus over Schmittiplatz to the Reformed Church. The market is open on Saturday from 2 pm to 8 pm and on Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm.
