Description
3 hours. Two people. One focus: truly perceiving each other again. Living together, talking daily – and yet sometimes feeling like passing by each other. Everyday life, appointments, and phones often leave little room for undivided attention. "I see you" – the first in the series of couple retreats "Us Two – Attentive to Each Other" – addresses exactly this. What participants can expect The focus is on what happens in the body when calmness sets in: the nervous system. Using targeted breathing techniques, calm body postures (Yin Yoga), and simple partner exercises, the nervous system is guided into a state where genuine closeness becomes possible again. In the parasympathetic nervous system, it becomes easier to listen, speak openly, and consciously perceive the other. The approach differs from traditional couples therapy – or can meaningfully complement it: physically, practically, and tangibly felt. For some couples, an independent path; for others, a valuable addition to ongoing therapy. The retreat specifically includes - Breathing exercises that noticeably lower pulse and tension. - Yin Yoga with partner exercises: simple, passive positions where the body relaxes and experiences what genuine perception feels like – at your own pace. - Time for joint reflection to contextualize and discuss the experience as a couple – with the option to retreat into the premises. - Guided meditations for two, embedded repeatedly into the flow. All content is conveyed understandably, so it is always clear what is happening and why. The retreat aims to enable participants to continue practicing the exercises at home and integrate them well into everyday life. Who is this mini-retreat suitable for? For couples who want to consciously dedicate time to each other. Only curiosity and willingness to focus entirely on shared time are required.Highlights
