On Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 3 to approximately 5 pm, we will jointly open Innehalten 2026 at the Kunstwerkstube in Baden. To kick off the Mindfulness Week, we will take an afternoon to pause and tune into the upcoming days. The event invites you to experience mindfulness not only as a personal practice but also as something that unites and supports us as a community.
