A concert by former collaborators of Petr Skoumal featuring the best 'Skoumal songs' for adults (Březen, Doteky, Odjezd, etc.) and children (Když jde malý bobr spát, Tygr jede do Paříže, etc.).
Petr Skoumal – an outstanding pianist and composer – the author of countless stage and film music, songs for children and adults. He would have turned 80 on 7.3.2018. On this occasion, his colleagues from the Divadlo v Dlouhé and musicians with whom he performed throughout his rich career reminisced about him with a concert on the day of his uncelebrated birthday.
After the concert, the idea for a concert version of the memorial performance emerged. The repertoire consists of pieces from Petr Skoumal's solo work and from theatrical performances. Band lineup:
