Description

Participants in this open workshop at the Museum für Urgeschichte(n) can explore ancient techniques inspired by the Neolithic period. They will craft a wild boar tooth pendant, sew a fish leather pouch, or make seed balls containing plants like flax, poppy, or Physalis, reflecting the flora of the early farming era. The activity is suitable for children from primary school age accompanied by adults, with instructions available in German and English, and additional video guidance for the leather pouch. All materials are available at the museum reception for a small fee.
