'My first thought was that I need to return to my roots – to the time when I discovered as a teenager at the piano and guitar which chords fit together and what melodies arise from them. Back then, I didn't know it yet, but I was already collecting ideas that still accompany me today.' This was a magical, unburdened time for him, says the mastermind behind hits like 'I Take It All', 'Metropolitans', or 'Skyline', with which he thrilled audiences in stadiums, halls, and festivals with Pegasus and other artists. On the Songbook Tour, Veraguth now opens his musical workshop to the audience for the first time. He plays the most important songs from his catalog in their original form: reduced to the essentials, focusing on feeling and essence. Sometimes just with guitar, piano, or other elements that accompany him while composing. In addition to his own songs, the evening also pays tribute to the influences that have shaped his work, from classics by the Beatles to Brazilian music and Disney film scores. And of course, the focus is also on the future: new and previously unreleased songs will celebrate their premiere on the Songbook Tour. The Songbook Tour offers an intimate insight into the work of a songwriter who has moved hundreds of thousands with his music and now invites his audience to look under the hood together. A personal, unique, and unforgettable concert experience. The concerts in May and June 2026 have shown: This closeness between artist and audience strikes a chord. Due to high demand, the Songbook Tour will continue in November and December 2026 with new dates.
