Description

The church of Santa Maria della Misericordia of the Roman Catholic secondary school "Collegio Papio" is a building from the Renaissance period and is also famous for its impressive altarpieces and murals by Giovanni Serodine (17th century) and Marco D'Oggioni (16th century). Thanks to its size and excellent acoustics, the church is regularly used for concerts, as is the case with classicAscona for some of the main concerts.

The other rooms of the Collegio are used for master classes and other accompanying events.
