Ring in the New Year with fine dining, music, and time to savor the moment. Another year is coming to a close—and at aigu, we’ll celebrate with an evening of great food, warm hospitality, and time to raise a glass. We’ll kick off the evening together at 6:30 p. m. with an aperitif. Afterward, Marcel Scheuner and his team will serve a festive New Year’s Eve menu with Swiss roots, modern touches, and that southern French lightness that is so characteristic of aigu. Irene Gangwisch, Florian Gabathuler, Ehsan Pourhassan, and the entire aigu team will be with you throughout the evening—personal, attentive, and truly delighted to help shape this evening together with you. After dinner, the evening takes on a different vibe: DJ Tom Blattmann will provide the music. In the winter garden, the lounge, and at the bar, guests will toast, laugh, dance, or simply continue to enjoy themselves—past midnight and for as long as the evening lasts.
