Description

For over 30 years, she has been a reliable synonym for alternative music on the Czech scene. In the late 1990s, she combined the roles of a chanson singer and a theater actress with a sense of authenticity and new trends, and in 1996, she released the acclaimed album Nebe je rudý, which summarized her unique position – a love for poetry, emotional intensity, and complete disregard for genre boxes. The concert will feature Načeva alongside Vojta Procházka (piano, keyboards), Michal Koval (bass guitar), and Jakub Švejnar (drums). The program will include set to music poems by Czech underground authors from her current album Jdem temným dnem as well as a selection of tracks from the reissue of the album Nebe je rudý.
