ASPM (short for "Amateur Association of Professional Musicians") is a Czech music group, primarily blues, founded in 1984 and still active today. Its frontman Jan Spálený is a singer, composer, arranger, lyricist, multi-instrumentalist who mainly plays piano and cornet today, as well as a music director, dramaturg, nighttime storyteller of radio fairy tales, and a gentle man. Since 1984, ASPM has lived and breathed, truly the father of one of the living forms of Czech blues, surrounded by a group of great musicians.
