InfosDaniel Roelli Piano Marius Rivier Drums ProgramThe duo named after two prominent mountain peaks in the Schwyzer Alps, consisting of Daniel Roelli on piano and Marius Rivier on drums, emerged from a chance meeting at the Hochschule für Musik Basel. Since then, the musicians have released two albums and found the ideal framework in the name Mythen to let their imagination run free. With gentle restraint, they create pieces reminiscent of children's songs, where small rhythmic and melodic particles dissolve and then settle freely. Their finely crafted yet spontaneous music invites listeners to open their ears to what often goes unnoticed. Discover2026–27 brings jazz to Noda WKB – multifaceted, surprising, and limitless! Seven concerts invite you to explore the diversity of the Swiss West scene: jazz and improvisation meet Afro-Brazilian rhythms, hip-hop, baroque influences, and contemporary sounds. The Nodathèque becomes a vibrant meeting point for new sounds, unexpected encounters, and music beyond all boundaries.
