Concert by singer-songwriter Myrith accompanied by Vojta Violinist. Myrith's songs tell stories about what happens beneath the surface of everyday life – about moments when one doesn't fit in, loses direction, meets their own shadow, needs to stand up for themselves, or let go and embrace change. They stem from personal and truly lived experiences. Myrith herself has repeatedly gone through periods in her life where she had to transform many things, reassemble herself, and seek a path to a more truthful and freer life. This experience naturally intertwines in her lyrics with images of nature, journeys, and the search for one's own place. Myrith is a singer-songwriter from Ostrava, creating distinctly melodic songs that blend indie folk and intimate songwriting. Her music is gentle yet has a strong backbone. It builds on striking melodies, variable dynamics, and lyrics that do not shy away from doubts or human imperfection. The songs often open gradually – from quiet and focused places, they grow into stronger melodic and rhythmic passages. The spiritual dimension of her work does not come from ready-made guides or simple answers. Instead, the songs open a space where we can meet what we are currently experiencing, look at our story from a different angle, and perhaps more easily recognize what we can let go of or transform. Myrith is both the composer and lyricist, accompanying herself on guitar. At the concert, she will be joined by Vojta Violinist, who will enrich her songs with violin, piano, and flute, as well as gentle rhythmic lines. The concert is an invitation to attentive listening and inner pause. It does not take us away from life but can help us return to it with greater ease, clarity, and closeness to ourselves.
