Great Barrier Reef, Grand Canyon, Galápagos Islands? Unfortunately not. But with the Tektonikarena Sardona, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site is right at our doorstep that is in the same league. Here, the formation of mountains can be observed better than anywhere else. An ideal invitation to dive into this fascinating world with students, to travel through time and space, and to research independently: locally, relevant to everyday life, and action-oriented. Participants

• will get to know the teaching material "Mountains Tell Stories".
• will acquire basic geological knowledge.
• will experience ideas and inputs for the action-oriented integration of topics related to tectonics, geology, geomorphology, and alpine formation into their own teaching.
• will receive an overview of extracurricular learning locations and other offers for schools in the World Heritage region of Sardona. Leadership?
