This workshop offers participants the chance to master the art of making Tibetan momos, including the correct dough mixture, filling techniques, and steaming methods. Led by Tibetan hobby cook Chhodon Worpa, attendees will prepare both beef and vegetarian versions of these popular dumplings, culminating in a shared meal to enjoy the freshly made momos.
