In spring, it can still open up again. Matthieu Mazué's «Turn of Events» brings together the pianist with trumpeter Diego Hedez and drummer Francisco Mela. Piano, trumpet, and drums meet in a play that can constantly change direction between composed structures and free improvisation. Sometimes a delicate, almost chamber-music-like passage emerges, then movement breaks in.
