Description

Joint meditative chants and silence with Regula Gerber.
With mantric chants and sounds from East and West, we build a field of power within us and around us. Every evening, some mantras are sung; rhythmically moved, sustained, calm and light, playful. One or two mantras are deepened. Mantras direct our mind and energies. Through repetition, they reveal more and more of their inherent power. Silence and meditative sounds allow us to integrate the experience. Our singing is supported by the instruments of Klangkeller. Contribution at your own discretion.

The Mantra Singing takes place at Klangkeller Bern and offers a meditative experience with chants from East and West. Participants can immerse themselves in silence and sound and experience the power of mantras.
