Mandelring Quartet

Description

"Luxurious poetry of sound." This is how the leading Spanish cultural magazine Scherzo described a concert by the Mandelring Quartet in Madrid in 2021. The ensemble, founded in 1983, has won major competitions, including the International Music Competition of the ARD and the Premio Paolo Borciani. Since then, they have been touring numerous international music centers. Regularly, concert calendars feature tours to various European countries, North and South America, and Asia. At renowned festivals – including Schubertiade Schwarzenberg and Hohenems, Niederrhein Music Festival, Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele, Festival Internacional De Música De Marvão, and Kuhmo Chamber Music – the quartet is a welcome guest.
