After two fantastic and deeply moving concerts in April 2025 in Zurich and Geneva, Malte Marten returns to Switzerland in November 2026 for four special evenings – in Basel, Zurich, Geneva, and Locarno. With his unique handpan music, Malte Marten has captivated an international audience in recent years. His journey with the handpan began on the streets of Berlin, where the instrument's unique voice called to him for the first time, leading to a decade of dedication to this extraordinary form of music. After the first years as part of the duo "Yatao," Malte Marten started his solo career in 2021. Since then, his heartfelt performances have touched people worldwide. His concerts create a space where time slows down and music becomes a bridge to inner silence. Malte Marten's compositions, often described as healing and contemplative, take listeners on a personal journey of discovery. His music creates an atmosphere where the boundaries between artist and audience blur, inviting everyone present to participate in moments of deep musical connection. For this intimate European tour, Malte Marten feels honored to share the stage in 2026 with two outstanding musicians who bring their own magical elements to the performance. Conrado Molina, the remarkable percussionist known for his work with Estas Tonne, enriches the soundscape with his masterful rhythms and soulful singing, drawing from a rich treasure trove of world music traditions. The ensemble is completed by Bummela, a talented multi-instrumentalist and producer whose sound art adds depth and dimension to the music. Bummela produced Malte Marten's album "An Ode to the Moon" in 2024 and knows exactly how to weave these various musical elements into a seamless, captivating experience. Together, these three artists invite you on a musical journey that will be both gentle and profound, creating a shared space of discovery and connection through the universal language of music.
