Description

Two Leslie speakers, two synthesizers, one voice – and quite a bit of space in between. LL Läuse, the duo of Leoni Leoni and Luzius Schuler, make music that takes its time. Sounds drift in, disappear again, shift a little, and suddenly become a melody. The voice sometimes is barely more than a whisper or murmur, while synthesizers and Leslie speakers develop a warm, slightly otherworldly pull. Somewhere between electronic music, lo-fi, improvisation, and song, something emerges that is hard to describe – and perhaps that's exactly why it works so well. LL Läuse is not a concert to listen to casually. More like one where you eventually realize you're already somewhere else.
