You read that right: After six years of absence, Soybomb is back, where they feel most at home: Somewhere between the coordinates of Prog Rock, Sixties Psych, and Indietronica. Enigmatic lyrics, percussive explorations, and skillfully woven guitars and synths provide warmth both in the body and in the mind. Soybomb is the duo based in Zurich and Baden (and not Winti, as this club once quickly wished). Between 2015 and 2020, the band (then a trio with Linus Gmünder) released three EPs, one album, and a whole catalog of impressive music videos. With tours in Switzerland, Germany, and England, they made a name for themselves as a live act. Soybomb returns to the stage in a new format, with the addition of Anisa Djojoatmodjo and Noah Weber on guitars, keys, and drums. They will play the first concert of their new tour in the Ballsaal.
