Lennart Schilgen is back with his third program – and makes a statement by being absent. When he's not giving concerts and winning small art prizes (Prix Pantheon, Stuttgarter Besen, etc.), he mainly does one thing: he takes a break from it. Among other things, he goes on bike tours, to monasteries, and to the communist summer camp. Or just into the depths of his thoughts, which is often adventurous enough. Songs about the detours in the world and in one's own mind emerge from this. Full of lightness and wit, but also unafraid to explore dark corners. This time, some long-hidden secrets are brought to light: the old PUR cassette. The elementary school report cards. The story of the night bus stop. Fortunately, Schilgen safely crosses every abyss – carried by his skilled piano and guitar playing, his voice, and his "alert mind, with heart and humor and cunning punchlines" (laudation for the "Tuttlinger Krähe"). And if all else fails, there are always the poems: small, linguistic wonder bags, deeply silly, highly artistic.
