This concert showcases the artistry of guitarist Alessio Nebiolo, flutist Erika Lafosse, and accordionist Paolo D’Angelo, who share a passion for South American choros, Andean folklore, and Argentine milongas and Tango Nuevos. They interpret Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco's guitar concerto in D major, a piece composed just before his emigration from Italy, and explore the musical connections between Europe and South America through arrangements and compositions inspired by their love for these regions. The performance promises an emotional journey across continents, blending familiar favorites with surprising arrangements that highlight their virtuosity and heartfelt playing.
