Description
Touch is communicative: It connects us – with ourselves, with others, with the world around us. In her new, cross-generational choreographic work «Touch Through», the choreographer Lea Moro, born in Rapperswil, explores touch in a time of technological and media change. With a mixed ensemble of professional dancers, amateurs, and a choir director, Moro invites you to be touched and moved by everyday touch gestures, movements, and the expressiveness of the voice. Touch always arises through encounter, through moving towards or away from each other, through closeness and distance. Thus, touch is also political: it negotiates intimacy, boundaries, consent, and bodily autonomy. «Touch Through» opens a powerful and tender space where the human need to touch and be touched beyond tactile experience becomes tangible – sensually, vocally, dance-wise, and emotionally. Lea Moro – choreography, concept * Maureen Zollinger, Jamuan Miriam Zweifel – dance, co-choreography (developed in collaboration with Sophie Meyer)* Carmen Reverdin – choir direction * Dancers from the region: Zaira Beatriz Abregu, Claudia Binder, Bruno Ehrenberg, Virginia Guzmán, Monica Kohn, Jeinny Lacruz, Claudia Meier, Samuel Muri, Heidi Tacier, Caroline Vogel – dance * Andrés Bucci aka Future Legend – sound * Martin Beeretz – lighting, technical direction
