How to eat asparagus or cucumbers in winter without blowing up your carbon footprint? It's simple, thanks to lactofermentation! Don't be mistaken, this has nothing to do with lactose. It's an age-old preservation method that uses the microorganisms naturally present on vegetables. Discover at Potager, a simple process to preserve your harvests with very few resources and a lot of originality! Registration is final and requires you to pay the workshop fee. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the workshop, the full amount will be charged.
