9 PM: SUMMER PEARL "My music is a meditation on my past and a reflection of our present. It is a personal and political message exploring the liberation of Black people and women, as well as love gained and lost. Strongly influenced by jazz, soul, hip-hop, and dub, I channel the experiences of ancestors, women, and myself to evoke these emotions." In 2017, London singer and rapper Summer Pearl collaborated with producer Eva Solaris on a project called Sol Tempo and released two singles, "Green Eyes" (reissued by Summer Pearl in 2022) and "Daughter of the Prophet." In 2019, Summer Pearl released her first EP, "Only Child." 10 PM: LA DAME BLANCHE On this evening, the charismatic La Dame Blanche takes the stage at the Jumeaux Jazz Club in Lausanne for an extraordinary night. As a prominent artist of the contemporary Afro-Caribbean scene, La Dame Blanche combines irresistible energy with Cuban sounds, hip-hop, reggae, cumbia, and electronic music.
