Best Bénichon Mustard Contest of the Canton of FribourgOn Saturday morning, in front of Château de Chenaux (or under the Jaquemart in case of bad weather), the contest for the best mustard of the Canton of Fribourg takes place. Bénichon MenuA canteen is set up in front on Place de Chenaux to welcome visitors eager for Bénichon dishes. More information and reservation [here].
Carriage RidesFree carriage rides are organized on Saturday and Sunday, from 11 am to 3 pm, departing from Place de Chenaux. Each ride lasts about 20 minutes. Reservation required with the Tourist Office (026 301 60 30 or tourisme@estavayerlelac.ch) until Friday at 4 pm (before the event). During the weekend, registration is possible on-site on the designated sheet, subject to availability. Pony RidesFrom 10 am to 5 pm, pony rides are offered free of charge on Rue des Granges. ActivitiesLive concerts take place under the canteen at Place de Chenaux. The tourist train route is adapted during the event.
Card TournamentA card tournament is held on Friday evening under the festival canteen at Place de Chenaux. Registration, at CHF 50 per team of two, is mandatory by email at benichon.estavayer@gmail.com.
CarouselRidesCarousels are set up at Place du Casino, on Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm.
