One trail - three restaurants. On the Culinary Trail Forest & Water you will get to know not only the scenic but also the culinary attractions of our region. You start in Flims Waldhaus, where you have your first course in the Bistro Kaufmannfrauen. Between 17 August and 30 September, the starter will be served at Ustria La Cauma. Going past Lake Cauma and along the Rhine Gorge you reach Conn, where the main course is waiting for you. After a short detour to the lookout point Il Spir, you will reach the dessert at restaurant Crestasee, before you return to Flims via the impressive Felsbach Gorge. 3 course menu without drinks for CHF 60.00 per person 11.15 am Starter at Bistro Kaufmannfrauen, Bruschetta with tomatoes and onions or a small house salad with bacon and mushrooms between 17 August and 30 September, the starter,Caumasee Bruschetti, will be served at Ustria La Cauma. 2 pm Main course at the Conn Restaurant, Capuns with Bündnerfleisch, raviuls dalla Tatta, sausage und alpine cheese salad garnished, Conn Bächli salad with smoked trout, croutons and egg 4 pm Dessert at the Crestasee Inn, surprise dessert Route Flims Waldhaus - Caumasee - Muota - Conn - Crestasee - Felsbachschlucht - Flims Waldhaus, not suitable for strollers
