Program: In this tasting, you can watch pianist Angela Hewitt and the Chamber Orchestra Basel at work over the shoulder. Rehearsals include piano concertos by W. A. Mozart and J. S. Bach under the direction of concertmaster Baptiste Lopez. With this program, the musicians will be guests at Wigmore Hall London, in Liestal, Weikersheim, and Leer. About the «Tasting»: The Chamber Orchestra Basel opens its rehearsals to the public and allows a behind-the-scenes look at musical work with top soloists. You will hear exclusive excerpts from future CDs and programs for concert tours. The rehearsal lasts about 45 minutes. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to chat with musicians, soloists, and staff over soup and rolls.
