Concert with melodies from around the world featuring Olivia-Momoyo Resch and Michael Pelzel. The Männedörfler violinist Olivia Momoyo Resch and organist Michael Pelzel warmly invite you to a concert, a musical journey around the world on the theme "Folk music from different continents". The Catholic Church of Tann transforms into a space for extraordinary sound experiences. Classical works by Bela Bartok as well as tangos by Astor Piazzolla from Buenos Aires and Toggenburger home organ music and Appenzeller folk music are performed.
Inspired by folk rhythms and well-known melodies, a completely new sound journey is created, elevating the church space to new dimensions. An abwechslungsreiches and colorful program awaits you with works from England and Ireland, Argentina with Astor Piazzolla, France with Gabriel Fauré and Jules Massenet, Italy with Ennio Morricone, as well as folk pieces from Toggenburg, Appenzeller dances, and folk melodies from Latin America such as "El Condor pasa" and "Milonga" sentimental Bela Bartok (1881-1945) – Romanian folk dances I-V
