Description

This concert showcases a variety of dance pieces such as minuet, waltz, ballet, milonga, and swing, performed on guitar and accompanied by vocal guitar pieces from different musical periods. The program includes works by J.S. Bach, G.F. Händel, L. Boccherini, W.A. Mozart, F. Schubert, J. Brahms, and original compositions by Martin Brenner. Musicians Jürg Blum, Barbara Odermatt, Marcel Plutschow, and Barbara Rellstab will perform under the direction of Martin Brenner, a Wald-based professional musician and music educator who founded the ensemble in 2019.
