encourages tens of thousands of fans again and again to believe in the good and to stand up for it. "I finally wanted to become the one I sing about in my songs: the tender one, the peace-loving one, the
loving one, the listener. Someone who knows what is essential. Daily meditation, the people who supported me, the many good conversations, the
music, wonderful texts of ancient mystics – they did me good. Without reflecting on the
power of spirituality, I probably wouldn't have managed to take a new path.
I wrote this book to invite all those struggling with similar problems and questions about the meaning of our existence to embark on a journey towards a more fulfilling life. Perhaps this book has also become a kind of first legacy in the advanced age of my earthly life… I look soberly at the root of being and naturally have a desire and joy for new things and so much more. I have written a letter to my long-deceased father at the beginning."
