Price: free entry, no registration required Content description: The film portrays the Swiss-American psychiatrist and death researcher Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, who – marked by several strokes – lives withdrawn in the Arizona desert and waits for death. It documents the life of the Swiss-born woman, born in 1926, who worked professionally in the USA with dying and death and became known worldwide. In the film, besides staff and experts, the triplet sisters of Kübler-Ross, Erika Faust-Kübler and Eva Bacher-Kübler, also speak.
The film was nominated in 2004 in the category “Best Documentary” for the Swiss Film Award. With nearly 68,000 cinema admissions in Switzerland alone, it is among the 100 most successful Swiss films of the years 1976 to 201.
