Vojtěch Špiller – trumpet, Jan Khýr – electric guitar, vocals, František Komárek – bass guitar, and Václav Khýr – drums, vocals www.khyrbrothers.cz www.facebook.com/khyrbrothers Khyr Brothers is a brotherly blues jazz-rock formation from Opava playing mainly original songs. However, their repertoire also includes musical poetry by Oldřich Mikulášek, Petr Skarland, and Josef Kainar. The band is most similar in style to Robben Ford or the Prague ASPM. The characteristic sound is also enhanced by a great trumpet. Finalist of the Blues Aperitif 2026, where they placed in the top three, and from this final, they advanced to the autumn Blues Alive 2026 in Šumperk.
