At the latest with winning the prestigious Ella Fitzgerald Jazz Vocal Competition in 2022, she stepped into the international spotlight. But instead of resting on her laurels, Julia Danielle consistently works on her own musical signature – with great respect for the Great American Songbook, but always searching for new colors, new stories, and a distinctive expressiveness. Her warm, natural voice avoids gimmicks. Instead, she convinces with elegance, depth, and exceptional musical maturity. Every interpretation feels honest, every song tells a story. She combines classical jazz tradition with a modern openness that excites both die-hard jazz fans and a new audience. For her exclusive guest performance in Muri, Julia Danielle brings three outstanding musicians from the young New York jazz scene. At the piano sits Will Hill, one of the most sought-after pianists of his generation, whose sensitive and at the same time energetic playing has already impressed numerous international artists. The quartet is completed by the versatile bassist Guillermo Lopez and the expressive drummer Isaiah Bravo – three musicians who are not just accompanists but perform together with Julia Danielle as a well-rehearsed band.
