It deals with themes around recovery after a car accident, explaining the gap between releases. Besides regular performances in London, the band often goes on DIY tours across Europe, playing in squatted houses and alternative venues in Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, and many other countries. Although primarily a solo project, the band consists of a constantly changing lineup of collaborators, friends, and sometimes strangers. Joshua also performs solo. All shows feature theatrical stage sets with elaborate costumes and raw, uncensored musicality. Joshua is based in London's legendary grassroots venues, including Jaguar Shoes, The Shacklewell Arms, Windmill Brixton, The Old Blue Last, and many more.
