Jedermann in Zurich is a gathering for men to experience authentic connection through conversation, bodywork, meditation, and reflection. The event fosters presence, clarity, strength, and a sense of belonging, helping participants understand themselves better and embrace their masculinity responsibly. The evening follows a five-step process: arrival and letting go, check-in, embodiment exercises, open circle, and meditation.
