JAZZ of GODDESSES Duo Vibraphon & Violoncello - deep strings and floating resonances - expanded with frame drum, percussion, and voice. Kasia Kadłubowska & Anka Hirsch - two musicians from two generations, bringing their individual musical paths into an expressive and energetic interplay. Jazz, improvisation, and poetic sound art are woven into a musical journey. Inspired and fascinated by various myths, cultures, artistic, and musical traditions, they tell stories full of power and mystery - as if hidden voices are made audible. The focus is on original compositions, with fine textures, multi-layered sound colors, rhythmic depth, and intuitive dialogues. A concert program full of expressiveness and musical storytelling - global chamber music in the finest musical communication. Anka Hirsch studied, among other things, cello and composition at the UdK Berlin. Training in jazz, improvisation, oriental and North Indian music, as well as frame drum and oriental percussion. Work in various bands, centered around the lézarde jazz project, with ever-changing line-ups, new compositions, and concert programs www.ankahirsch.de Kasia Kadtubowska is a Polish vibraphonist and percussionist. She studied classical percussion, contemporary music, and performance at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Stuttgart, at CNSM in Lyon, and at the Music Academy in Gdańsk.
