Description

Full viewpoints, viral photo spots, sensitive habitats and places that magically attract people – hotspots strongly shape our mountains. In short picture presentations (20 images of 20 seconds each), seven people illuminate the phenomenon from different perspectives: They talk about the origin of hotspots, the daily life of a ranger, the role of social media, biodiversity hotspots, as well as sustainable tourism. General Information

International Mountain Day takes place at the ALPS Alpine Museum of Switzerland in Bern. Various aspects of hotspots in the mountains are illuminated in short picture presentations, followed by a communal meal and an aperitif.
