Ice Skating Lessons at the Margarethen Artificial Ice Rink

Whether it’s their first steps on the ice or they already have some experience, in our courses for children and teens, participants learn the basics of ice skating in age-appropriate groups organized by skill level. The courses are designed for children ages 3 and up, as well as teens. We offer groups for beginners, “Pingu” courses for the youngest participants, and advanced “Sternli” groups for children with prior experience. Teenagers are also welcome. The focus is on the joy of movement, safety on the ice, and proper basic technique. The children are guided step by step and can progress according to their skill level. The courses will take place from October 14, 2026, to March 7, 2027, at the Margarethen artificial ice rink in Basel. Space is limited.
