Description
This year, the Belper Run on August 30 promises to be another unforgettable running experience for all participants. With three route options (4/7.5/15 km), this varied trail is suitable for both beginners and ambitious athletes. Riedli Run: 4 km, 50 meters of elevation gain
The 4-km distance is ideal for those new to running events or for those who enjoy short, intense runs. Belpberg Challenge: 7.5 km, 430 meters of elevation gain
Starting with a challenging climb over the Riedli and the northern flank, the route leads up to the Belpberg. The effort is rewarded when participants are treated to a spectacular view of the Stockhorn, Gantrisch, and the “Three Stars”—the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The finish line is located on the Chutzen. Belpberg Trail: 15 km, 430 meters of elevation gain
Like the Belpberg Challenge, the first half of the course winds through the forest up to the Belpberg. The wonderful view gives runners plenty of energy for the second half of the course, which takes them through the forested western side of the Belpberg back to the Mühlematt schoolhouse. Mini Run: 0.7 km or 1.4 km
Even the youngest participants can test their running skills on one of the two short courses. Race against your friends and see who crosses the finish line first. Belpberg Gravel: 22 km, 440 meters of elevation gain
Dust, gravel, and steep climbs—this year, for the first time, the Belpathlon is bringing an exciting gravel race to Belp!
The varied course leads through the Gürbetal-Moos and Gerzensee up to the Belpberg-Chutze. The race takes place on asphalt, gravel, and dirt roads—perfect for anyone who loves speed, technique, and nature. Over 22 kilometers, you’ll tackle around 440 Höhenmeter and challenging climbs with gradients of up to 21%. A gravel experience with a guaranteed race atmosphere!
