Hummus-Workshop mit Mezze-Lunch - Globus Bellevue

This Sunday morning, the House of Mezze team guides you through the origins and history of chickpeas and hummus, culminating in a hands-on experience where you make your own creamy, fresh hummus using a family recipe. Afterward, relax and taste a variety of mezze dishes, including fresh flatbread and beverages, in a communal lunch setting. Participants receive a recipe card, tahini, and their homemade hummus to take home.
