Description

Five people gather Schmitt in the hall of his “Hotel of the Two Worlds,” five people of different gender, age, origin, life stories: a cross-section of society, so to speak. But all five have one thing in common - their unconscious bodies lie somewhere in some hospital in a coma in the intensive care unit, while here in this hotel, in this intermediate area, they wait for their fate to be decided: Will they be called back to life or must they, because their case is hopeless, take the path of all earthly things and go up in the elevator - but where to...? - The core question of the play.
