The native of Munich is a cabaret artist and is often described as a 'linguistic virtuoso cabaret writer.' As the 'Buster Keaton of the word,' he writes absurdly intricate texts, plays with vivid expressions, and underpins everything with a misanthropic-melancholic mood. Since 1977, Holger Paetz has been performing nationwide as a cabaret artist and has received several awards throughout his career, including the songwriter award from Hessischer Rundfunk, the cabaret prize of Munich, and the Schwabinger Art Prize.
