Description

When the days get shorter, a particularly important time begins in the nature-friendly garden. With simple steps, you can now create habitats and lay the foundation for a lively spring. In this practical garden course, we show you step by step which measures really matter in autumn.

Together with an expert in nature-friendly gardening, we look more closely at the course garden in small groups of 6–12 participants. The course takes place in the garden of a participant. Participants learn to recognize the potential of a garden.

Together we create one or two simple structures, such as a brush pile. We create hiding places, food sources, and wintering spots for hedgehogs, insects & co. Step by step, it is shown how such elements can be implemented easily. We also discuss what should consciously not be done in autumn – which cleaning tasks may look neat but can harm nature.

The course combines short theoretical inputs with practical work and offers space for questions. The focus is not on an ideal image but on what is feasible – for owners of large gardens as well as tenants with a small balcony. Participants go home with concrete ideas, new perspectives, and anticipation to create something outside themselves. | All participants will receive an email with information about the final venue and the tools to bring at least two weeks before the course starts.
