Heels Chair Dance: elegance, sensuality, and confidence in movement Open Class will be led by our amazing cabaret dancer and choreographer Lulu Noir. Do you want to feel more confident, relaxed, and sensual in your body? Come discover your femininity, elegance, and confidence in the Heels Chair Dance workshop, which combines high heels dance technique with impressive chair dance elements. The workshop is suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced dancers. During the lesson, we will focus on conscious body work, proper posture, graceful walking, elegant arm movements, and safe chair work. You will learn how to add lightness, sensuality, and expression to your movement and how to use the chair as a natural part of the dance choreography. Heels are not mandatory – the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and can move safely. Workshop schedule 10:30 - welcome and welcome drink 10:30 - 11:00 - introduction, warm-up, and body work basics 11:00 - 12:00 - Heels Chair Dance lesson and group choreography The workshop will be led by cabaret dancer and choreographer Lulu Noir, who has been active in the cabaret scene since 2024. In her childhood, she practiced gymnastics and ballet, and as an adult, she returned to dance through contemporary and high heels. In her work, she enjoys combining different dance styles with an emphasis on femininity, elegance, and personal expression. Age, body type, or previous dance experience do not matter. The workshop is suitable for all levels – all you need is the desire to dance, explore new possibilities of your movement, and enjoy a pleasant time in a safe and supportive atmosphere. What to expect - basics of high heels dance technique - chair dance elements and safe chair work - proper posture and graceful walking - smooth and elegant arm movements - conscious body work, lines, and dance expression - a short sensual choreography - development of femininity, elegance, and confidence - an inspiring environment full of support and good vibes The workshop will take place in the enchanting space of Cabaret des Péchés, an iconic Brno cabaret that combines a bar, theater stage, and the world of burlesque, variety, dance, and other artistic genres. Spaces are limited, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance. What to bring - fitted and comfortable clothing that makes you feel good, confident, and attractive - clean dance or other shoes; heels are welcome but not mandatory - a good mood and a desire to explore new possibilities of your body Chairs will be available on-site.
