Description

Breakfast of Nina and Marek, a long-married couple. Nina is a member of parliament, Marek is a high school teacher. Nina is trying to secure funding for a shelter and is dealing with lobbyists, while Marek is adjusting to a new job and struggling with the everyday dramas of teenagers and their parents. Over breakfast, they promise to watch a movie in the evening and go off to work. But before the evening and the long-awaited film arrive, we have the chance to see their day: seemingly ordinary, yet filled with so many meetings, conflicts, tense situations, and failures that by the end, they meet as exhausted, transformed people, perhaps different from those who said goodbye in the morning.
