There are no limits. This magical evening will be guided by Ondřey - the founder of Ecstatic Dance Prague, who brought ecstatic dance to the Czech Republic in 2019. His journey into ecstatic dance began in Bali, where he lived in a community for five years and drew deep inspiration for his future creations. In his sets, he connects music, movement, and the energy of the space, guiding dancers from calmness to full intensity dancing. His sets are not just about music. They are an invitation to turn off your mind, immerse yourself in your body, and let yourself be carried away by what is happening. Ecstatic dance is a great opportunity to experience yourself in the moment, and therefore we do not use any drugs or alcohol here. It is a way to relax, switch off the mind, and tune into your heart. The dance is based on intuitive and free movement, without the need for technique or imitation of others. It is also an ideal opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and open up.
