At nightfall, light your torch and set out on the trails of Salève! For 1 to 1.5 hours of effective walking, you will progress by the light of real flames through woodlands, trails, and open spaces. A torchlight walk with only 100 meters of elevation gain, this small hike is designed to be accessible and friendly. It is led by a certified mountain guide who can adapt the route and pace to the conditions and the group.
In the darkness, illuminated by torches, Salève reveals a completely different atmosphere… Nature and astronomy under the stars The walk is also an opportunity to discover what surrounds us once night falls. Along the way, your guide will share knowledge about the fauna and flora of Salève, as well as the night sky. Depending on conditions and visibility, look up to observe the Moon, stars, and constellations and better understand what happens above our heads. Another way to discover the mountain, through observation, anecdotes, and communion with nature. A local aperitif in the heart of nature After the walk, it's time for indulgence! Midway, a stop in the middle of nature will allow the group to share an aperitif made of local products: cheese, sausage, apple juice, and mulled wine. A convivial moment to warm up and enjoy the mountain's tranquility before picking up the torches again for the return journey, under the moon and stars.
